Pooooooooooooooooooor Service

What a pooooooooor service I experienced at Edgar's Pritchard Street at JHB,only 2 payment tills where openned while the was a loooooong que,I spend almost an hour to pay for 1 term.everytime when I go there only 2 people are working and the manager no where to be found
