Poo service from Edgars on replying to queries

On 24/2/2020 I send Edgars and email with regards to a query after receiving email out RCS. My query was about electronic payments to Edgars. On the reply e-mail it states that I would get feedback within 48 hours. It is now 8 days later. I have received no reply back from Edgars. Yesterday I received an email requesting to rate my call that I have received from a person named Vuyokazi Susan Ntombela. I have definately not spoken to her or anybody else from Edgars. So according to me this person is lying and she is registering *****ulant info to Edgars saying she is phoning clients which she is not doing at all!!!
