Polite/Effeciant and extremely helpful individual

I must admit that I'm one of those people who phone is at a store and always expecting the worse service. However today Mike Selepe (Edgars-Newtown Junction) has proven that there's still hope and that there are still people out there willing and able to provide the best service. Mike was polite, efficient in assisting me, giving me options and not quick to get rid of me on the phone. Although the store did not have the item, he was empathetic to the matter. I hope he continues with the energy and hopefully provides the same service to everyone and anyone contacting or coming to the store, I believe energy put out will be energy received back. Keep up the great service Mr Mike Selepe. Thank you
