policy query
I've logged so many complaints about Edgars with a same query, I mean how hard it is to find a recording of the call I had with one of their agents. To me it is clear that Edgars it's not taken my query seriously the only thing their know is is to promise to get back to you with the matter which is their never did and this its being going on for more than a year. I'm I ever gonna get my money back or I'm being ribbed off? Your service it's really poor and you do take you customers for granted
