policy query
Since I logged a complaint on the 10 of Dec 2015 regarding the policies. The promised to get back to me my ref no: ***/GO. To my thinking when the say the will get back to me I thought the wanted to play the recordings as I ask so I can hear myself agreeing on their products as the said I did, however today I received a call from finance saying I must continue with the politicise if I don't wanna loose my money because that's no money that I'm going to get back.
