Policies charged against my account without knowle

I have been paying my account without transacting/purchasing and my balance has been increasing and upon enquiry I learned that I have policies for my parents and other charges, i was surprised because i do not even have parents. it has been charged against my account from day 1. i would like edgars to re-imburse me those charges that were taken/charged against my account without my knowledge. furthermore i would like to be enlightened on how the interest is charged on the account and the percentage thereof. i enquired with customer services and no one was able to assist me in this regard. I wonder how many people are being charged unforeseen levies without their knowledge. i further wish the National Credit Regulator to probe retail stores on their charges on unsuspecting customers
