Dear Sir / Madam,<br> <br> I only reliazed this month that in my account there are other fees which we did not agree on. on my account there was VIP Member Fee and Mobile content. Can I ask that I get refund for all the deduction made on my account since I never joined them. why did they just add them? even if they called, am sure I have declined them. But some other Human being just decide to add it on my account without my knowledge.<br> <br> May you please refund ALL the deduction made in to my account or else I will take this further.
