Please update Experian

My account was handed over to collections and I settled the account in full and received a paid up letter, however, no changes has been made on the Experian report. Been trying to get hold of edgars with no luck. *** always ask me to try later and all the other numbers are referring me to the above number. I've settled my account in December and it should be updated on Experian by now. My I'd number is ***
