I have just made payment to close my account in full. I have paid the full amount shown on my last statement. Your account interest rate is sitting at over 24% and you now charge R22/month for a \service fee\"? No thanks. Please urgently email me closure letter. I tried to do this via call centre but Zanele put the phone down on me. Thank you."
