Please Fix this

I went to the store to check if my account was closed since I paid the balance. Unfortunately I was informed that in August I started receiving Edgars airtime, it showed that I was owing R50 in September. On the store system it showed that the airtime was sent to a cell c number to my surprise I am using MTN and I never knew about the airtime thing. They said I Receive R25 every month. They lady called the airtime people and they said on Their side it showed that the airtime is for a Vodacom sim card. I asked them to cancel this because I am unemployed and I never received airtime. They said they will do it Poppy said she will do a follow up and she will call me, that was in the second week of September. On the 25/10/2015 I got an SMS saying I must pay even if the amount is too small. I can't pay for something that I never got and never knew about. Edgars really is ruining my name! Please help me
