PleAse Cancel, tired of waitinf

Please cancel the orders made on Edgars online. Ordered in November, been charged on my account, and it appears the transaction is still processing. I want this order cancelled. I won't be trusting the online site again. Things are often bought as it is required at a certain time. These items were also on special at other stores but I invested in Edgars, a total waste of my time . They is no option to cancel orders on the site
