PLEASE CAN I GET MY ORDER!!!!!

Placed an online order on the 6th of May 2020. I opted to collect my order at the greenstone branch for simplicity, delivery time was supposed to be 3 days, . To date 22 days later i havent recived my parcel. My emails have not been ansawred and im currently waiting for the consultant to come back to me. It took almost 4 minutes to answer my call and 9 minutes for consultant to come back to be on the phone..........still holding! Ive also called the Greenstone branch but phone rang. Call has just been ended after 13 minutes!! Order was placed well in advance for a birthday on Sat the 30th May.
