Please assist with claim

I purchased a pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses in Bloemfontein Loglogan Edgars for my husband cash, they are still under guarantee when we noticed that there were cracks from where the *****s on the sunglasses met the lenses, we went to report the matter to the Edgars in Kimberley where we live but the sales person at Edgars Diamond Pavillion Mall claimed that she could not see the cracks my husband showed them out to her and after much inspection and chatting with other staff she then gave us the number of the supplier and told us that we should contact them. Now firstly I did not purchase them from the supplier secondly we were not explained about how the guarantee worked and that if we need to claim we would be forced to use our own resources to report a fault with the goods we purchased from Edgars. I am really not interested in entering into a debate with anyone please either give me my money back or can you give me a new pair of sunglasses, I paid the requested price and would like to enjoy joy for the article I purchased.
