Pleasantly surprised

Recently I have not had good experiences while shopping at edgars with regards to their advertised specials and their exchange policies. However my most recent encounter was different. I would like to compliment a Ms Lee Anne Govender who worked at the Estee Lauder counter at Edgars La Lucia as she was extremely helpful and patient in her advice to me. She app**** the product(which I eventually purchased) and answered all my questions. I hope that Edgars has some sort of incentive program where good staff are acknowledged and rewarded as Lee Anne's approach is a good example of how to assist patrons and to keep shoppers happy. Keep up the good work....
