Such a bad experience, I got from them. I cleared my acc balance and asked them to close it later on only to find out its not closed.and it's still showing bal R59 which has gotten me to arrears by now.its so frustrating i even paid extra than was expected avoiding staff like this when you trying to phone the its back and forth ? no help.its irritating
