PILLAR TO POST

Well its almost a year now after i responded to the advert in my Edgars Club Magazine and email magazine to the new facility of linking my #LoveCricket offered by Cricket South Africa to my Edgars Club Card. Been loyal to Club Card holder even with some insurance with you guys but when it matters most on such awesome partnerships like those please avail your self for engagement. I have been told to deal with the CSA Call Center who well dont even pick up the phone for 1 hr afterwards was told that only Edgars can hook me up with the Love Cricket linking. The Edgars folks then referred me to the Call Center of which the lady said she knows nothing of the alien called Love Cricket. Which shows lack of product knowledge by these people. Twitter complaints cant get answered so here i am hoping just for a reply from my beloved family ,if only TFG offered great products too.
