phones are nowhere to be found

i went to Edgars in Lephalale mall on the 27/05/2015 for my phones to be sent in for repairs. I phoned Edgars on this number *** cause i wanted to check the status on my claim only to be told that there was no claim for cellphone repairs registered on my account. i was told to get the waybill no from the store i phoned the store and i was given this no 036283. i phoned them again with the no to be told that it does not exist it looks like my phones have vanished into thin air. i called the store to tell the them that their number is incorrect they the the person insisted that was the no. so what do i do?
