Phone replacemwnt

I have a mobile insurance with Edgars. My cellphone was damaged and I brought to Jet Store for repairs since there is no Edgars nearby my workplace sometime in March. They told me that my phone is beyond repairs so I must pay R200 excess fee for device replacement. I made payment on the 29 March and I was told to choose a phone on the list given by the consultant. I couldn't choose a phone because all these phones we far below the value of my phone and I asked the consultant that they my give me the same phone that I give u and I was told to pay an extra R500 and I disagreed coz it's unfair on my side. The consultant promised to write a request to their supplier to give me the phone without me paying this R500, she promised to came back to me til today I haven't had from them.
