Phone Missing at Edgars stores in Alberton

My name is Thabiso Jafta I bought sumsung phone from Edgars store in Alberton on 3 July 2023 after three weeks the phone freezes showing restarting message without stopping.on the 24th July 2023 I returned it back to store and the phone was inspected and the was no physical damage.The phone was booked for repairs and I was promised to come to check it after 6weeks.When I do follow up the store assistant told me that the phone was booked to the wrong supplier and it must be collected and send to the correct supplier. Now there is different stories as Edgars store in Alberton cannot trace the phone or find it.They actually lost the phone during the process of collecting it from the incorrect supplier.I was promised to get a new phone but when I do follow up the store manager is telling me different stories I'm actually frustrated as I bought the phone but not in my possession from 24July 2023 until 07 November 2023 please advise me what to do
