Phone insurance

<p>My mom Violet Mudau bought a phone at Edgars connected at Protea Gardens Mall and was also paying insurance for it this year, but she lost the phone a week and half ago. So she went to the shop to claim it with all the required documents and they told her to come back after two days to fetch the phone but when she went there, they then said she must come after 4 days . but they later said that her claim form is incomplete, which she went to check what was missing and when she got there, the people who work there said that she submitted everything correctly and they will call her and now its taking more than two weeks without her getting the phone when she has provided everything they required of her to bring.</p>
