Phone handed in for repair - year later still no news on who stole it at your service centre

<p>I handed a phone in at Vodacom counter in Edgars Lakeside Mall in July 2015 for a repair. I have been back nine times - I have tried phoning your call center. They gave me feedback in August and I said give me back my phone. It's a year later and it's just gone. I've been back numerous times. I've complained here - there is absolutly no feedback from your company. Device book in confirmation ********** </p>
