Phone Call Harassment

I’ve been getting harassed by Edgar’s for the last 3 weeks. I keep getting phone calls looking for my mom, she passed away last year July. They phone me asking for her, so I’ve explained to them that she’s passed away, then they ask me for documents to prove that she has passed. So I’ve given them my brothers number who is the executor of her estate, cause he has all the documents and legal rights to sort out her accounts. Then the next day I get the same phone call, I explain it, the person is extremely rude and then hangs up. Eventually after 7 calls, the one lady listens to me, and takes the number again and says they will contact him. But during this call she tells me that everyone that has phoned me has marked it down as me refusing to help. The next day I get a phone call again, and they act as if I’ve never told them of her passing and that they don’t have the executors contact details. The one person even told me that if I want them to stop calling me I better give them what they want. This has gone on everyday for 3 weeks now. I’m now getting ready to open a case of harassment, I’ve never had to deal with such rude people in my life. And everyday I have to explain to the person phoning the same thing. 80% of the calls hang up on me when I tell them they need to contact the executor. They don’t even wait for the contact details.
