Perfume/cologne

I would like to lay a complaint if not a grievance. I bought a 100ml Givenchy perfume on the ladies range. It has only been used for 8 days and the perfume cap holder is starting to peel off which makes the cap cover not sit well to close the bottle. This is so not on as this is a pricey perfume.
