Perfume not what it's supposed to be

I bought a Narciso Rodriguez parfum 90ml, R1670 last week and I was so disappointed when I wore it because it didn't even last couple of hours on me. Everyone around me couldn't smell it either. On the 21st I returned it to the store, they told me they will phone the Rep and get back to me and they gave me the tester to take home. I didn't get any feedback. The tester is a bit stronger than the one I bought but it doesn't survive a day. I've used different brands over the years and this has never happened. Even the reasonable Elizabeth Arden Untold that I use for work lasts for days on the clothing. I don't even buy EDT because I want intensity. I can't keep driving there when I was told they won't change it for me. Now I want my money back and they must take their tester.
