**** perfume - No exchange offered

I bought an expensive perfume at Edgards Cresta Mall. The 150ml perfume is a full parfum (NOT eau de toilette). The perfume is a well-known brand and, being a full perfume, its smell, even when the smell subtle, needs to last at least 8 hours. This one in particular does not even last 3 hours. I have been buying perfume whole my life and I can speak with confidence that the perfume is either **** or has a production issue. Sadly, the lady who is the store manager refused to exchange and instead told me that he would call the supplier. Even though, her very own staff in charge of perfume sales mentioned that, they also observed that the perfume was not perfoming as it shoud, she and her assistant disregarded the views of their experienced staff just because they didn't want to offer me an exchange, I was not even asking for my money back. The manager promised to talk to the supplier, without any surprise, she came back to me two days later saying that there was nothing wrong with the perfume and that I had to come back to collect the perfume. Of course, I couldnt' go back to collect an expensive "water" with a good smell that dissapears after just 2 hours or less.
