Good Day<br> <br> I would like to compliment a lady named Melissa at your Longbeach Mall Edgars Store...Whenever my husband and I go and shop/pay an account or just go in to see what's new to purchase we are always well received by this young lady..last week Thursday,my husband and I went into your store to buy a few things..in the que he realised he had forgotten his wallet at home..driving back home to Glencairn he phones me and let's me know he could not find it anywhere as he recalls having it with him leaving our home..after a little while I decided to go back to your store and retrace our steps..I then approach Melissa and she leaves everything she was busy with to assist in finding the wallet and just as I was about to lose hope she finds his wallet inbetween goodies he set aside to pay for anyway...I called and told him to rush back as she has found it! I have worked in retail myself and I will say her attitude is sterling and I can tell she is a gem in your company.<br> <br> These days people who work in retail don't aspire to go the extra mile.. <br> But her demeanour is outstanding<br> I really hope as Management,that she will be invested in..such rare gems are very hard to find.
