Perfect Customer Service example
Although service at Edgars Zeerust is always been beyond pathetic, and the selection is terrible, to my surprise, they finally got an employee that knows the meaning of costumer service!
I am disabled, and when there is long lines at the till, I suffer a lot from fatigue and pain. Two times now, Boitumelo that works at one of the tills, were so kind. When she sees me in line, she would immediately get me a chair to sit down. She also takes immediate action when asked a question and would not rest until she can give us, the client, a satisfactory answer.
Thank you Boitumelo, Edgards Zeerust, for your amazing customer service and you friendly face! You make the difficult shopping experience bearable.
