PAYMENTS TOWARDS EDGARS ACCOUNT NEVER ALLOCATED TO THE ACCOUNT AND NOW VIOLATION OF MY PERSONAL DETAILS ACCORDING TO POPIA ACT

I am beyond furious!!! I had an Edgars account on which I paid for a long time. A consultant of Daly Associates called me in January 2021 stated that I did not make payments every month. I requested a detailed statement from them showing all the payments I had made, and it was only then that I noticed that there is some payments missing which I made and is not reflecting on my Edgars account. Over and over they forward statements with only the outstanding value or only some of my payments reflecting. I forwarded only form January till now, 12 emails to ALL POSSIBLE departments of Edgars and MBD and Daly Assosiates with all the proof of payments which I have made. There are in total 6 payments which were never allocated to the account to the value of more than R800 but they keep on sending messages to make payment. I requested the payments to be allocated but with no success. In the week I receive a message that my account was handed over to EDGARS VVM and that R561 is outstanding... In Jnauary the amount was R135 and the rest is only interest which was added.. They also forward the message of the outstanding amount to a THIRD PARTY CELL PHONE NUMBER which only they know where it is coming from... and I WANT TO KNOW ACCORDFING TO THE POPIA ACT, HOW THEY VAN FORWARD PERSONAL MESSAGES OF MY ACCOUNT TO OTHER CELL PHONE NUMBERS... I really do not know what to do just to get all the payments which were paid towards the Edgars account, allocated to the account because then the account will be settled and in a credit... Instead of allocating the money paid, they rather start giving my personal information regarding my Edgars account out to other people... I would like to know who the responsible person is who did that and what is going to happen, because according to my knowledge, it can be a fine or even jail sentence!!!!! I also want to know how to get Edgars, that MBD should allocate the money paid to m Edgars account or reverse the funds to me in order to make payments again. - I stated all the ref nrs, dates and amounts on all my mails and added the proof of payments as well... They should just pick it up on the statments and allocated to the account.
