Payments missing

I have been paying my Edgars account every month. I recently received a call from a very rude woman saying that I haven't made payments in years and that I owe over R7k. I provided proof of payment but then everything went silent, and now no one can help me. Where has my money gone that I have been paying and why can no one give me an answer???
