Payments

In the last 2 weeks I have now been sms'ed and told that I am in arrears and that my information has been placed on record with the credit bureau.<br> <br> And I got a phone call demanding 1) me to confirm who I am as well as 2) when will I be paying my bills.<br> <br> And the only thing they want to do is explain why without<br> - Any emails - which apparently my email is wrong because it is not coming through, but I get email on that email address daily?<br> - Any previous phone calls, texts, whatsapp's <br> - Any previous correspondence or contact whatsoever<br> <br> NOW my information is placed on record with the credit bureau and I need to understand how I am in arrears with 3 months, 6 months and even with what amount.<br> <br> If I owed money AND did not attempt any payment at all AND did not bother to speak to customer service I would NOT be extremely annoyed<br> <br> But I did all of this and I get threatening sms's and demanding phone calls - this is offensive and insulting<br>
