Payment query Edgars

So, i was wrong and neglected to pay my account on the correct date. I rushed to go pay it. I asked the lady at edgars to assist me with an eazy pay number which i didn't get. The lady over the phone said i should pay via eft which i then did whilst she was on the phone with my banking app. Sent confirmation and i was set. Just to be called about 7 times over 2 weeks for them to tell me my account is in arrears. I have sent proof of payment numerous times to different departments and still to this day i have not been sorted out. I would suggest for all out there to avoid an account with RCS edgars. Even if you pay more everymonth and have been with them for 20years never late they will still treat you like garbage. Please try and avoid an RCS Edgars card for your own benifit.
