Payment Plan letter Needed
Hello Peter
I had an account with Edgars however due to unemployment I was never able to pay off my debt. Iam aware that my account has been closed due to this fact. Now all I need is for whoever is handling closed/ handed over accounts to assist me with the steps I need to take going forward. I have been given a run around for the past year trying to receive a payment plan. No luck. How many times must a person phone in order to get assistance. I really need this to be resolved as quickly as possible.
