Payment arrangement

I ask for a confirmation letter from Sinindile , it never arrived...<br> Kindly note that I have made payment arrangements and has always honored <br> my commitments and all the payments was done timeously.<br> Today I received an sms from your company to inform me that I have been handed over.<br> I really do not understand why your company handed me over when the arrangement was made and payments went through timeously?<br> Is there somebody in your company that is capable to resolve this... As this keep on<br> happening every three months.<br> To deal with your company is an absolute nightmare!!!<br> Just a friendly warning should I be listed I will not rest and I will take this matter to the customer protection board. Also when I phone the call centre they can never provide me a reference number. Stop terrorizing me...And get somebody to resolve this...
