Payment allocation

Pathetic service I have never missed my installments on this account instead I was given the EFT method of payment to pay monthly installments to my surprise Im now receiving calls and SMS's that I have missed installments when I try and call the number on the sms it rings for more than an hour waiting for a consultant to assist I sent a mail to thier customer service with proof of payments as from January however I have never received any feedback till now Sandisiwe is handling the matter I want to buy a house now I'm stuck because it shows that I have missed installments on. My account I want the allocation to be done for all the payments I have made and I need the outstanding balance to settle the account I'm done with Edgars
