Paying towards my edgars account and nothing has change in my total.

A few years ago i couldnt make payments towards my edgars account, S i was handed over to MBD. I believe they the laywers. i have been made payment of R6200 towards my account but the consultant told me that is for interest and my amount is still standing on R10520. account ***. They dont want to send me a statement. telling me that its on pending. this is now a week later already.
