Paying for something I cannot use

I signed up for a club card when I opened an account in May 2014 but up until this day its not active though I have made numerous attempts to have it activated, I have even made them aware of how unfair this is on their website and got ***/***2/S.G.N but nothing good came of that as that consultant pretended to understand then I called them spending more of my money and spoke to Subesh Deonarain and we were in contact by email then he decided to ignore me. to make things worse they are still including the monthly payments of a card I cannot use due to the incompetence of their stuff because the guy that activated my account card is the first 1 that failed me but everyone I have spoken to from Edgar's has not proved me that wrong that they do not care about me as a customer as long as they get their payments I cannot even begin to describe how their lack of service has affected me.
