I call for the manager (Kobus) who informs me that he is trying to fix the problem, when I ask why not take the people from the front of the que who have been waiting the longest.... his reply " I am worried you will wait longer" I suggest he finds more tellers he laughs and walks off.....

So I just go back to the line.....
We are now aerved the teller rings up the 2 jeans and white v neck shirt that's R75.99 and a pink shirt that's R99.95 when I ask Kobus and another manager the have a chat in there language a laugh and say you paying for the colour
*** the a red shirt v neck 100% just like the pink one by only different colour is R79.95
Explain???????????

I will never go back to Edgars even with a 50% off sale.

O and Ps the telly prompter that said we had less than a minute wait.....Bwaaa what a joke
