Paying Edgars for something I don’t know

I settled my account about 5 months back. Last month I went to pay R310.03 that I don’t know and asked them to cancel any Insurence and club fees. We called the call center and cancelled everything and they promise I won’t have to pay anything anymore. Today BOOM!! I’m owing R75.44 what is it for?
