pay before you fit
i was shocked that this store manager nthabi told me to pay for a white item before i fit it if i dont like it she can refund me which it didnt make sence to me iv never received such a shocking service in edcon store before she said it was her store rules because even the chinese shops dont allow to fit white items i asked if legit was a chinese shop she just looked at me and carried on with whatever she was doing am demanding an apology from that lady or else am closing the account i deserve better am using my money and i deserve a better service
