Pay Back Of Over paid Account

I Have Over paid my account that has already been closed with Edgars and requested to have my money paid back to me more than a year ago already as I could no longer use my account card and my account was closed. I have sent through the same documents for probably the tenth time again two weeks ago. As normal no one at Edgars will acknowledge the receipt of the documents so I phoned and they told me that the money is already transferred to my bank account and it would take between 48 hours and 7 days. It is now two weeks later and still I haven't received my money owed to me. When I was in dept with Edgars we made an arrangement that I followed but still I was handed over to their attorneys and was also liable for the legal costs that I had no choice but to settle. I am now going hand this matter to my attorney and will keep Edcon liable for all legal fees as well. I will advise no one to ever buy from the Edcon group or support them as I have been waiting for almost a yer and still no feedback or money received.
