Pay back my money

I had an account with Edgar’s then I paid it up then they closed it ,then the was time I told my friend to pay my account to any TFG store then I gave her my ID number surprisingly she went to pay at Edgar’s R800 to my surprise the payment went through she got a proof of payment and she sent it to me .I told her to go and get a refund because I don’t owe Edgar’s then the told her the money she paid doesn’t appear on their system while she had a proof of payment then the case was handle by Thandeka credit office manager who couldn’t help me to get my money till today
