PAthetic service with finrite

I called Finrite to lodge a claim regarding my cellphone insurance but my call keep forgetting cuttoff or not being attended to and listening to background conversation of consultants. call date 07/01/2021 from 2:30 pm.

Unhappy and not pleased, holding online for long but no being assistant
