Pathetic service received at MAC Counter - Edgars Eastgate

Good morning Sir/Madam Please be advised that I am a regular client at Edgars Eastgate. On Saturday I went to the MAC Counter and was extremely frustrated with the MAC Consultant that assisted me. It is a pity I did not get her name, however, I can describe that she had a blue hairstyle, Indian lady who cannot be missed. She was rude and very unfriendly at the same time, and when I asked for a sample of the foundation, it seemed as if she was buying the samples, and first refused to give me one. She added what if you like it, it is being discontinued...etc. What nonsense is that. I still asked her if she was new, cause I visit the MAC Counter regularly and she just said oh i'm here since May, although it was my first time seeing her there. I think she also needs to dress appropriately, knowing that it is a professional environment she is working at. I usually purchase all my MAC at Eastgate and after the appaling service I received I will have to think twice about shopping there. I hope she is dealt with accordingly.
