Pathetic service received

I would like to report the issue Im having with edgars ,i took out two insurance through them yes i had difficulties with paying my account even though i was not paying the required amount but i was paying because i knew i had insurances

I made arrangements and when i asked their consultant what is going to happen to the insurance she assured me that nothing as long as i pay something ok keep paying the not getting statements from them tried to contact them via call centre line emails no joy Tried to get hold of Finrite as well they never answer their phones sometimes when u phone them they will answer and pretend as if they dont hear you the drop the call ,Ive lost money trying to phone them not getting anywhere

This morning i decided to phone finrite again got hold of some girl by the name of Thando she was like there's block on your account speak to Jet then phone us back did that .first Jet i went to Gateway told someone needs to unlock vision waited waited no one came then decided to go to Pavillion this guy by the name of Ntobeko tried to assist then told me account is blocked by ***** (why?? i dont know) phone ***** and they he told me yes your account is paid now but u cant use yes i dont want to use vele i want to keep the insurance active ...I have been paying for four years for these insurances please can you guys unlock my account so I can continue paying for insurances even if there's no limit just want to continue paying for the insurances qha

@Edgars i dont know which to call you on even the emails you dont respond as well as finrite they will never answer their phone

First time i went to Jet to ask for atleast you send me statement i was told oh no you will need to speak to the call centre but try n phone them in the morning and I was like what the hell
