Pathetic Service from Jet in Port Alfred.

I've always had bad experience at Edgars and today has been the worse at Jet Port Alfred. Earlier this month I called in as I've been advised that I qualify for a credit limit increase. The lady over the phone told me to visit a store with only my ID I then asked her If I should just take that with to activate the limit she said yes. I got to Jet this morning. And some girl by the name of Maylene requested my 3 month bank statements and a Certified copy of my Id why certified and why should I go through all the trouble when I have been told to just take my Id with. Maylene also asked If this Edgars account was mine. As If she thinks I am using someone elses card probably. Pure stupidity as all my details are on the system. I will never visit Jet again. Pathetic service and when my mom asked for her credit limit to be activated as well the rest of the staff laughed. We are not happy. Will never visit this store again. Maylene treated me as a ******** by asking me to get my Id certified .
