Pathetic Service from Edgars Sandton City
I had visited the Edgars store in Sandton City on the 29/10/2017 at 16:30pm. My intention was to purchase a specific perfume for my wife. The following is what transpired:
1) There was nobody to assist at the Perfume Counter. 2) I was directed to the cosmetic cashier counter by one of the employees. 3) The lady at the cashier counter mentioned that she would need to go to the specific cosmetic drawer to get me a price on the specific perfume I wanted. Guess what? She didn't move from her station :-)
Low and behold, it is the 30/10/2017 and I still don't have a price on the perfume I wanted.
All I can say is that for a store in Sandton City, the service is totally pathetic.
My advise would be to rather visit the Foschini Store... Much more friendly staff who are willing to assist..
