PATHETIC SERVICE FROM EDGARS PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR STATEMENTS

Absolutely pathetic service from Edgar’s . I urge all clients to look at their statement and verify purchases every month! I had been incorrectly billed for insurances I did not have at that point and nobody can assist me with the reasoning or the reversals. This has been going on since Feb only because I requested a review on those purchase amounts. Consultants have gotten back to me on my query but the moment I tell them I didn’t make those purchases they vanish! And I am being given the run around between RCS. Firstly I have no dealings with RCS I am an Edgar’s client and whatever they have to do with RCS is not my business I signed up with Edgar’s. Their service is pathetic even when you go into a branch or call a branch for assistance nobody cares to assist but push you towards the call centre who isn’t helpful at all. I’ve tried this with the pavilion branch and in a nutshell i got the vibe that “it’s my problem to sort out with RCS not their problem” . If it isn’t *****ulent purchases or queries then it’s poor quality and the oldest looking clothes for the trendiest generation , No longer a brand people want to be known to be affiliated with
