Pathetic service from Edgar's Cape Gate and Jet Atlantis and Edcon Group

I overpaid my account with the amount of R440.00, I am due a refund I was promised it's going to be paid within 24-48 hrs and yet I have submitted my documents requested I followed up as it was submitted on the 29 November 2019 it was received yet still no money received I called the call centre they tell me to wait 7-10 days I go to Atlantis branch the manager tells me 30 days the service at Edgar's in Cape Gate and Jet Atlantis are pathetic as well as Edcon!! They are quick to hand you over if your account is paid late but if they owe you money make sure u have R200 wort airtime to call Edcon because the will drop the phone on you after being with them on the phone for two hours. You go to a branch and no manager will be available you will literally have to wait another 2 hours before you get hold of them as they are never instore to serve the customer!!! They are there to resolve but guess what no store manager could resolve my refund!!! I would never want an account with them the service are appauling I even took a day off to resolve a refund still nothing it's going for week3 now...
