Pathetic service from Edgars

Pathetic service from Edgars! Impossible to get hold of the Call Centre to cancel the account. No statements received since July 2020. Was debited in the beginning of October R 143.00 out of the blue. Called Call Centre. Was told that it would be the last payment. Not even sure if I owed any money. Received an SMS today that I have to pay R 101.00. It seems like RCS Group is *****ing money from their clients. Going to open a ***** case at the police! I would like to encourage other client's that were taken for a ride to start opening ***** cases too.
