Pathetic service for Edgars
I app**** for an account online. I have not received an outcome. I called the customer service number and they gave me a 011 number which ended up being even worse than the customer service agent. I called back today and the guy i spoke to was so rude and told me i cant do nothing just go to the store.
If this is how one is spoken to then i am grateful for this pathetic experience so I can take my business elsewhere.
